About.

I'm Anderson Rocha, a frontend engineer from Brazil. Since 2019 the work has followed one thread: interfaces with real operational weight — a financial portal with 4M+ users, consultant onboarding across 50+ countries, an AI SaaS organizing enormous document collections, a catalog platform rebuilt for 27 countries, and now crypto merchant flows at PayPal.

What I optimize for hasn't changed much: systems that stay fast and legible as they grow. Typed contracts between frontend and API. User journeys covered by tests that walk the real flow. Performance work you can measure before and after. Documentation that lets another team pick up the work without me in the room.

I also invest in how teams build — mentoring, structured frontend training, code-quality and standardization efforts, and piloting AI-assisted development workflows at both PayPal and BairesDev, evaluated like any other engineering tool.

Off the clock

I keep a few systems of my own to test ideas end to end. The public one is GymFlow — Next.js App Router, React Server Components, NestJS + GraphQL. Two private ones go further: a cross-platform personal finance app (Electron and React Native sharing one design system, AI-assisted transaction categorization) and a multi-agent AI orchestration system running in production on my own infrastructure.

If any of that sounds relevant to what you're building, get in touch.
